  • Workshops, Webinars, and In-Person Training Events

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Because our services involve education and instruction, and immediate access to course materials, schedules, or credit-earning content may be granted at the time of enrollment, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Course enrollments (CE, pre-license, or non-CE)

  • Missed classes or failure to complete a course

  • Changes in schedule or personal circumstances

  • Duplicate purchases or accidental selections
